Welcome to Part 2!
In part one last week, I shared the essential pillars of High Performance; the areas that you need to focus in on to gain some clarity in order to move yourself forward. If you missed it, go back to the Podcast and listen in. I also asked you a lot of different reflection questions in part one; I hope you’ve taken some time to sit down and really think about those questions and analyze some of the patterns that keep coming up for you.
In part two, we’re going to take what we discussed and what you’ve discovered through your reflection in part one and I’m going to link you to a few different tools that you can access to kick start some deliberate habits in your life. To listen to part two, head over to my podcast.
The work that I do is about creating some awareness around the habits and the disciplines needed to move forward in all areas of your life. So that at the end of the day, you can have fulfillment, success, happiness and peace.
But it takes constant, deliberate focus to be able to get there.
Habits are essential in not only moving that needle forward and leveling up your success, but in doing so with balance and fulfillment. But it’s not just about having habits and disciplines. It’s about being deliberate with those habits and disciplines. It’s about being consistent and focused so that you can maintain these shifts long term.
We can all start things. We do it all the time. But when things get tough, when obstacles come up, when you see others achieve success faster than you, when situations bring out the worst in you, when we are faced with conflict, or our pride and ego start to become bruised, or we fall back into our comfort zones - that’s when those habits fall to the way-side. This time, I want you to look at things differently.
What changes and shifts can you start making so that you can finally get yourself to a place where you can adapt to life’s challenges? Where you can have the mindset strength to be able to show up consistently with yourself and be able to adapt to whatever situations are thrown at you?
This is a life long journey - and having that deliberate, consistency with your habits and disciplines is how you are going to level up in all areas of your life.
So, let’s dive into it and and look at the habits and disciplines that are needed to move forward in ALL areas of your life. Daily Planner - How to plan your day
The first tool for you is my Daily Planner. It’s a quick guide to planning out your most productive day that you can print out and use every single day. Just by doing this one step daily, you start to proactively plan how your day is going to go and analyze what your goals and priorities are. How you start your day is how you end your day. Set yourself up in the best way possible by starting the day with clarity, focus and intention.
2. Clarity Journal - How to Journal
The next is my quick start guide to start journaling. I can not say it enough - journaling is essential. It creates daily clarity and focus, but not only that, it allows you to go back and see where you’re at, how far you’ve come, what obstacles and issues keep coming up for you? What patterns are you noticing? What do you turn to when things get hard? What small wins can you celebrate? Clarity is key in moving yourself forward in all areas of your life, and the best way to achieve this clarity is through the daily habit of journaling.
3. Productivity - Beating the Burnout
Finally, it’s my quick guide to beating the burnout. Why? Because I went there myself and hit a major burnout. As high achievers, we have so many ambitions, thoughts, dreams and goals; we are hard on ourselves and we just want to keep moving forward, but in that process, if we aren’t careful, we burn out. There’s an element of our life that we just neglect and it doesn’t have to be like that. Moving into the practices of High Performance helps you protect your health, your energy and your mindset while you are pushing forward towards those big goals.

Assess where you are at and create a little bit of change. I’m never going to say go from a to z right now. Your mindset isn’t there yet. But when we start with small changes and small shifts, you can adjust and strengthen your mindset along the way so that you can actually keep up with the changes that are happening in your life.
My goal for you is to be able to answer this:
If you had to make one change each day that will move you towards becoming your best self, what would it be? The self who has more courage, who is more organized, more productive, who has more love to give because they aren’t feeling so stressed? What would that step be?
Start to make some changes. Small changes. Start to implement those habits and disciplines into your life.
