Hey, I’m Charlotte Ferreux.

I believe that I’ve been placed on this earth to help people shift into their infinite potential.

I’m a performance and self-mastery coach for high-level leaders, entrepreneurs, athletes, teams, and coaches who are ready to operate at their infinite potential and create quantum-level results. My work fuses proven high-performance frameworks with advanced modalities in subconscious reprogramming, mindset, energetics, and healing—giving you the tools to master your inner world, perform on command, lead with unshakable precision, and create results that not only last, but multiply.

A core part of my work is elevating your influence and sharpening your discernment—so you’re not just successful, but untouchable in how you navigate opportunities, relationships, and challenges.

Charlotte Ferreux is the CEO and Founder of Charlotte Ferreux Coaching, Thrive Coaching & Consulting and a world-class Elite Coach known for developing optimal performance in individuals and teams—creating transformation from the inside out. Her coaching mastery is built on years of highly rated client sessions and programs, advanced certifications, elite mentorship, and training under one of the world’s leading performance coaches. She is a Certified High Performance Coach and a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis, TIME Techniques, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). Her coaching career has created impact in over 20 countries worldwide.

Charlotte’s leadership expertise extends far beyond the coaching industry. She has managed and consulted for billion-dollar organizations such as Lululemon Athletica, and held a top-tier coaching role with Growth.com—an Inc. 5000 company—where she built an extraordinary reputation as one of their highest-quality 1:1 coaches globally.

During her tenure with Lululemon Athletica, Charlotte managed a region through the majority of the company’s rapid expansion—both before and during its IPO—growing from 3 stores to over 100 stores across 5 countries. She was directly accountable for regional hiring and retention of over 600 employees, operational and financial execution, leadership development, and community-building initiatives.

In addition to more than 15 years of personal development practice and coaching, Charlotte brings over 20 years of experience in the restaurant, retail, and fashion industries, specializing in leadership and senior management roles.

A resident of Castlegar in southern British Columbia, Charlotte is a single mother of two and an engaged community leader. She brings her entrepreneurial mindset, leadership expertise, human resources background, and digital skills to her coaching, consulting contracts, and board roles.

Charlotte’s community involvement includes serving on the Community Futures Central Kootenay Board beginning in 2015, assuming the role of Vice Chair in 2017. In 2018, she was appointed to the Community Futures British Columbia Board of Directors, representing the voice of small businesses across BC until 2021.
