You might be curious what inspired all this?
I saw a common thread with many of my female coaching and consulting clients - they felt they didn't have enough time to do it all. And on top of that, when they hired people in to help, they were using some of that precious time to manage those relationships.When working with my coaching clients, what I found was that they often also needed specific business consulting. A coach's job is to ask the right questions and help you dig deep to find the answers that are aligned with your vision and will help you to move forward in life. But sometimes, a consultant is needed to provide the answers in real-time; the knowledge from an expert in a certain field who can provide tactical strategies of the “how” and the “what”.
On the flip side, when working with my consulting clients what I found was that they often needed coaching to really master their mindset, to be able to pivot quickly and bounce back when they hit difficulties. They were making progress within their business but still not feeling fulfilled or happy because they hadn’t done the deep mindset work that a coach can help with.
So I asked myself, how could I create a space that allowed women to easily work with both coaches and consultants (without having to manage all of these different relationships).
The answer: COLLABORATION
